RCN-425-02-EN-GX: Problem-Solving Tools and TechniquesDescription
BSI designed the "Problem-Solving Tools and Techniques" eLearning course to provide participants with an understanding of basic problem solving tools used to find an issue’s root cause. During the course, participants observe one organization’s analysis of their problem and the process they use to find the root cause. By the end of the scenario, participants obtain a problem solving ‘toolbox’ and the knowledge necessary to use the tools for root cause analysis and improvement of processes in their own organizations.

- Cause and Effect Diagrams
- Process Mapping
- Affinity Analysis
- 5-Why Analysis
- Pareto Analysis
