BSI’s "PDCA: Plan-Do-Check-Act" course provides a high-level overview of the process that is the basis for all management systems. This eLearning program will lead participants through the background of the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) Cycle, relate it to business activities, and introduce its role in process auditing for management systems.

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

• Describe the Process Approach within an organization
• Describe the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) Cycle and its relationship to the Process Approach
• Explain the role of both the Process Approach and the PDCA Cycle within a management system
• Describe benefits of the use of the PDCA Cycle
• Apply the PDCA Cycle to a simple process

This is an introductory level course. Some knowledge of management systems would be beneficial, but is not necessary.
